Turnkey renovations on the South Shore

Turnkey means something specific: you have one point of contact, one contract, one schedule. No sub-trade you have to coordinate, no supplier to chase down.

Most of our clients come to us after a bad experience — a contractor who disappeared mid-project, a designer who delivered plans nobody could build, an invoice that doubled. Turnkey exists to prevent exactly this: when one party carries everything, there's nobody left to pass the buck to.

Our turnkey mandates include design (in-house or with your designer), technical drawings, permits, demolition, every trade, materials, final cleaning, and follow-up visits at 30 and 90 days for adjustments.

We work across the South Shore: Longueuil, Saint-Lambert, Brossard, Boucherville, Saint-Bruno, La Prairie, Saint-Hubert, Chambly. Daily crew travel is factored in and absorbed — no hidden mileage charges.

FAQ

Straight answers

Is the price really firm?
Yes, unless you request changes or a documented structural surprise occurs. Every deviation goes through a signed written change order — no surprise billing.
Can I supply my own materials?
Some yes (light fixtures, faucets you sourced elsewhere). We advise against it for structural and plumbing items — the warranty must stay with us.
What's not included in turnkey?
Loose furniture, décor, curtains, art. Everything built-in or fixed — yes. Anything movable — no, unless requested in the estimate.
